* If by chance you are asking if I am on your insurance panel, I would highly recommend that you call the insurance # on the back of your insurance card, to verify this.  There are carve outs to other insurance companies, who will manage the mental health separately than the medical plan. 

I am currently on panel as In Network for Amerigroup (foster care network only), Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, Humana, Magellan, UHC/Optum, and if you have out of network benefits that I am usually a provider for Out of Network for all other insurance panels.  Again please verify first with your insurance company for accuracy.
